Penny Wars is Officially Back!
Penny Wars is a challenge hosted by the MHS Student Council, running from October 26 to November 20. During the event, students place various monetary amounts into jars located on each teacher’s desk. Grouped advisories will compete against each other in a bracket system, but each teacher will have a jar on their desks. A schedule, current bracket standings, and points will be posted throughout the event. All proceeds benefit the Monticello food pantry. Additionally, a prize suggestion form is attached here, and everyone is encouraged to complete it to help make the event even more exciting. See all rules here.

- Speech auditions will be held in the High School Library the following days:
Tuesday – 3:30 pm
Wednesday – 7:30 am & 3:30 pm
Thursday – 7:30 am

- Any girls that have expressed interest in wrestling, please check your email for an update.

- Juniors, reminder to sell those Bundt Cakes for Post Prom! Orders are due to the HS office by November 2nd! We are also looking for a student to design the Post Prom tshirts. Please submit your ideas for a design to the HS office.
