Hello everyone!
Here is my video for the week or scroll down for a quick summary.
Have a great weekend!
Brian Jaeger, Superintendent
- Parent-Teacher Conferences: Scheduled for Monday and Thursday of next week across all school buildings. Parents are strongly encouraged to attend to discuss their children’s academic and social progress.
- “Hidden in Plain Sight” Trailer: Available for free in front of the middle school during Thursday’s parent-teacher conferences. It offers parents insights into how students may conceal items at home or school.
- Attendance Reminders: Parents are urged to send healthy children to school every day and reserve absences strictly for when kids are genuinely sick (e.g., fever, vomiting) to avoid accumulating excessive missed days.
- PPEL (Physical Plant and Equipment Levy) Election: The school board will consider calling for a PPEL election on Monday night, which occurs every 10 years. The levy funds capital items like school buses, Chromebooks, technology, and maintenance without increasing current rates. If approved by the board, the election will take place on March 2, 2027.
- Fall & Winter Athletics: Congratulations to students and parents involved in fall sports (volleyball, football, and cross-country, where the girls’ team and one boy qualified for state). The district is now transitioning into winter sports.
