- Parent Educational Event (Hidden in Plain Sight): A mobile exhibit will be parked behind the middle school on October 29 (4:00 PM – 8:00 PM) during parent-teacher conferences. Designed specifically for parents, it helps identify common household items kids may use to hide contraband.
- Schedule Change for Cross Country Qualifier:
- Wednesday, October 21st: Full day (no early dismissal)
- Thursday, October 22nd: Early dismissal at 1:00 PM to accommodate parking for the state qualifying cross country meet.
- Next Year’s School Calendar Draft:
- Consistency: Plans feature early dismissal every Wednesday to create a consistent routine for families and set aside regular professional development time.
- Early End Date: Next year’s school year is currently projected to end early, around May 18.
- Calendar feedback is currently being gathered across school buildings, with a final version nearing completion.
- Final Home Football Game: The final, chilly home football game of the season is happening tonight and encouraged everyone to support the Panthers.
