7th Grade Ricochet Leadership Training

All 7th graders participated in the Ricochet Leadership Training that was offered by the Iowa State University Extension office.  Through discussion and hands-on activities, the training touched on the five Dimensions in the following Leadership Stages:  Leadership Information, Leadership attitudes, Communication, Decision-making, and Stress management.
