Hello everyone,
The good news for the week is that our COVID numbers have dropped. We currently have 5 positive COVID cases this week and that is down from 13 last week. We have 6 people with symptoms that may be COVID related and that is down from 20 last week. The great news for the week is that these numbers total <1% of our school population. Please remember that as we move into the graduation party season, we should all be cautious and to continue to use universal precautions, such as hand washing, sneezing into your elbow, not sharing drinks or food, social distance when possible, etc.
We will do one more update next week and then be done with COVID updates for this school year. That is our update for this week, as always, please contact me if you have any questions. Thank you for your continued support of the Monticello Community School District.
