Entry and exit points
- There will be two entry points into WFA – the south doors (bottom of the hill) and the skywalk from HyVee Hall (HVH).
- Patrons will have to pass through metal detectors before being allowed entrance to WFA.
- The north set of doors (top of the hill) is an exit only location.
BAG POLICY
Wells Fargo Arena has implemented a clear bag policy for all events. A maximum clear bag the size of 12″x6″x12″ is permitted. Exceptions will be made for medical, family, or child care bags or small clutches no larger than 4.5″x6.5″.
In order to maintain a safe and secure environment at Wells Fargo Arena, we have implemented a new bag policy that limits the size and type of bags that may be brought into our venue.
Guests will be able to carry ONE of the following bags into the venue:
- One bag that is clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and does not exceed 12” x 12” x 6”.
- One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar).
- One small clutch purse or wallet 4.5” x 6.5” (about the size of a hand) or smaller, with or without a handle or strap. This can be taken into the venue inside one of the clear plastic bags.
Silver Service Opportunities:
Mrs. DeWitte is looking for volunteers to help with speech contest on Monday, February 21 from 4:15 to about 8:30. Students interested in working as a timer or announcer for a room or helping Mrs. Osterkamp with concessions can sign up with Mrs. DeWitte.

Jones County Dairy Promotion Scholarship – Applicant must be a graduating senior pursuing a post-secondary agriculture-related education in an accredited institution. Fidelity Bank & Trust Scholarship -Applicant must be a current high school senor that maintains a C average or better and plans to pursue post-secondary education at any accredited institution which provides a two or four year college program or vocational training. Cedar Rapids Area Association of Realtors Scholarship – Applicants must be a Linn, Benton or Jones County high school student who has applied and be admitted to an accredited university, college, community college, trade school or school of higher learning in Iowa. Must have a minimum 2.0 GPA. Selection based on financial need, hardship, community involvement, special circumstances, academic plans and goals.
