Junior class powder puff shirt order forms are available in the drive up window at the office.  Orders and payment are due to the office today.

 

Juniors can turn in magazine sales to Mr. Gilkerson anytime between now and Wednesday, September 13th.

 

Attention all Seniors – There will be a senior class meeting on Thursday, September 14th at 8:00 am in the auditorium.

 

Attention PE Waiver students — Your first deadline is Friday.  If you have NOT filled out your activities then get that done by Friday, September 15th.

 

BPA will meet during WIN on Friday, September 15th.

 

Looking for volunteer tutors (Silver Service Hours Opportunity!!)  We are looking for tutors for our after school tutoring program onTuesdays and Thursdays from 3:30 to 4:15 at the middle school. For more information and to sign up contact Mrs. Medina or Mrs. Smith.

Any junior or senior girl wishing to participate in the Powder Puff game on Sept 26 need to turn in a completed permission form to Mr. Lambert by Friday, Sept 22. Forms are available at the drive up window in the office. Mouth guards are also required for anyone wishing to play, if you need one see Mr. Lambert

 

School Counselor’s Office:

A Coe College rep will be in the counselor’s office on Wed., Sept. 13 at 9:45 a.m.

An Iowa Wesleyan University rep will be in the counselor’s office on Wed., Sept 13 at 10:30 a.m.

A NW Missouri State University rep will be in the counselor’s office on Thurs., Sept 14 at 10:00 a.m.

 

Juniors and seniors interested in a job shadow: Workplace Learning Connection applications and parent and counselor approval are due tomorrow.  If your parent is unable to approve online, see Mrs. Stenger for a paper form.

 

Kirkwood is hosting a High Tech Guys Day on October 13th where 9-12th grade males can participate in demonstrations in the areas of computer science, software development, network and information security, computer hardware repair, and website development.  Talk to Mrs. Stenger for more information.
